Hello, I'm Ashley Sapir Lathrop. I’m an herbalist, board-certified health coach specializing in functional medicine, an educator, a mother and a writer. My health and wellness practice, Dreamkeeper Botanicals, is rooted in the magical fusion of nature and science. My work as a functional health coach and herbalist allows me to partner with my clients and students to discover, and act on, individualized wellness practices best suited for them. I embrace seasonal rhythms and rituals as a pathway to connection with nature, self and community and love helping others discover their own ways. Being an herbalist of 25 years inspires me to infuse wellness sessions with plant medicine in order to magnify other elements of healthy living. My goal is to support people with accessible tools and resources to nourish themselves deeply.
