Do you want to improve your digestion?
Do you want to shake off Winter stagnancy?

Learn how to improve your Agni (digestive fire) with teas and digestive elixirs using common herbs and spices.  Ayurveda is the ancient healing science of India and sister science to yoga. Based on a five-elemental theory, Ayurveda works on creating balance through diet and lifestyle.  Ayurveda views good digestion as the foundation of physical and mental health. Spring is the time of Water & Earth, known as Kapha season. This is the perfect time to shed toxins, built up in the stagnation of winter. Elixir recipes and all materials will be provided.
