According to a study just released by The American Psychological Association, 80% of US adults have been under significant increased stress during the pandemic. Stress alters not only our mood, it affects our bodies' chemistry and thus our overall health and immunity. Ayurveda is the ancient healing science of India and sister science to Yoga. Its methods have been clinically proven to help alleviate anxiety and depression. This workshop is for anyone who would like to feel more peace and joy in their life. We will discuss how simple diet and lifestyle changes can help to balance your mood. Learn simple tools to decrease stress and increase motivation and vitality. Create balance in your mind, body, soul and senses.
