Bringing Harmony to the Body through Jin Shin Jyutsu

With Zena Cohen

As we enter more deeply into the unity of our own core which in Jin Shin Jyutsu is called the Main Central Vertical harmonizing energy, we become more able to harmonize with our own hands whatever is required for each one of us at any given moment. We can then develop a clearer inner listening to the gift of the Source within.

The class will instruct you in learning Jin Shin Jyutsu, an ancient harmonizing art that is both simple, practical and profound. It is a form of acupuncture without needles that can be applied to yourself and others through touch. It is also a stillness meditation practice that can lead to uncovering our innate wholeness.

Zena Cohen has been dedicated to teaching and studying yoga since 1977. This led her to Astrology in 1987, Jin Shin Jyutsu in 1998, and Zen training for 7 years beginning in 2004. Each practice flavors the others yet sustains its own unique essence.
