Discovering that I was gluten intolerant/celiac was an important part of my healing journey but not all of it. I also had to learn how our food has changed since my childhood (50s and 60s) and how food that we used to think of as nutritious and safe is not anymore. 20 years ago, I started a gluten free, organic food company and learned about the food industry and our food system from the inside. Honesty, integrity, transparency and a real desire to nourish people are qualities you rarely find in US food companies today.

We will learn how to navigate the grocery store, how to gently change your taste buds to desire clean, nourishing and whole foods, and how to reconnect to our bodies, the earth and the JOY of delicious food!

ABOUT
Mary Waldner was a practicing psychotherapist in California for 27 years before starting Mary’s Gone Crackers, a wildly successful gluten free organic cracker and snack company. Inspired by her own struggles with Celiac Disease, she saw a need for nutritious, gluten free options that tasted good. Mary offers a unique perspective when sharing her stories and insights as both a healer and a food company entrepreneur.
